Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector
Olaplex is everywhere! Is it really worth the hype? Well, I had to experience it to believe it. You know when you’re just scrolling through Instagram and see that perfect blonde hair (and with Asian hair) you just HAVE to have? Yeah, I’ve been there. I’ve booked a hair color appointment and 6 hours later, got the blonde I so much desired except… my hair was, not the same! It was breaking from damage, I couldn’t blow-dry my hair, I was afraid to tie my hair, and most of all, I couldn’t even run a brush through my hair. I just wanted to buzz it off!
However, I decided to look into Olaplex. I booked myself an Olaplex treatment service with my hairstylist (yes, we are clients too) so that I can restore the broken bonds of my hair and prevent it from breaking. Once serviced, I felt so much better.
That same week, I added the No.3 treament as a follow up about once a week. It was a miracle and much easier to use than what it seemed. All I had to do was apply a quarter sized amount to my towel-dried hair and then lightly comb through. I left it on for 30 minutes although you could leave it on for a minimum of 10 and then I rinsed it out, shampooed, conditioned my hair and that was it! The key was to remember to shampoo it out as it isn’t a leave in treatment or a conditioning treatment.
So yeah, the rest was history. I never looked back. It brought my hair back to life leaving it super soft and healthy. My favorite part was when the hair compliments started flooding in. It made me realize, you NEED to have healthy hair to have beautiful hair! I felt saved and loved it. No.3 works with all types of hair and doesn’t matter if you colored it or not, it works!
